Thorsten Bode, the new chef and co-host at the Hotel Restaurant Bünda, is no stranger to the region. He was head chef at the Waldhotel Davos, the Hotel Alpina in Klosters and most recently at the five-star Hotel Seehof.
His personal ambition for the Bünda Hotel is to have satisfied guests, who he wants to surprise positively with quality – that is the motto for the new kitchen team at the Bünda. A cosy meeting point for winter enthusiasts during the day.
The restaurant and depending on the weather the sunniest terrace in Davos are open from 10.30am (meals are served from from 11.30 to 16.00 and 18.30 to 21.30 h).
On our day menu are a mix of soups, salads, variations of pasta and other popular classics.
