The new team at the Bünda Hotel has one objective – families, gourmets and athletes should feel comfortable here. The Bünda Hotel will once again be a popular place for hospitality and good food.
As the take-over by the new team only occurred in mid-November, the focus for the team is, in the first instance, the running of the hotel and day to day management of the restaurant and the terrace. At present, we offer the half-board menu and / or specific recommendations by the chef for restaurant guests in the evening.
Thorsten Bode, our chef has earned his place in the Gault Millau guide and has practised his culinary art in renowned places including the Waldorf Hotel in Davos, the Alpina Hotel in Klosters and most recently at the Seehof Hotel in Davos. He plans at a later stage to expand the à la carte menu.
